Privacy policy

This is a template privacy policy for a scaffold product. Have a lawyer review and adapt it to your jurisdiction (including GDPR/NDPR obligations for African and EU users) before this product handles real user data.

The free eligibility check does not require an account. Your answers are stored so we can show you your results and, if you choose to share your result link, so anyone with that link can view the same result — do not share it if you consider your answers sensitive.

If you create an account, we store your email, profile answers, eligibility history, roadmap progress, documents you generate, and purchase records, scoped so only you (and our service, for support and payment processing) can access them.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Anthropic's Claude API to explain results and draft documents from information you provide, Paystack and Stripe to process payments, and Resend to send account and roadmap emails. We do not sell your data.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
