By using Passage, you agree that the service provides immigration pathway information and preparation help based on official public criteria, and is not a substitute for advice from a regulated immigration lawyer or adviser. See our Disclaimer for details.

You must provide truthful information when using the eligibility check and document toolkit. Passage is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or false information you provide, including visa refusals or bans.

The free eligibility check requires no account. Paid features (the roadmap unlock and the optional Active Applicant subscription) require an account and payment through our payment providers, Paystack or Stripe. Roadmap unlocks are one-time, non-recurring purchases. The Active Applicant subscription can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.

We may update these terms, the eligibility rules, or the pricing shown in Section 10 of our internal project documentation as immigration rules or our product changes. Continued use of Passage after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
